Just spoke with Nicole at the office. She hung the phone in my ear. Her unprofessional is on ongoing. I think Dr Shroeder is excellent. However, I can't figure out if her behavior is a reflection of him. I cancelled all my upcoming appointments. She is very racist. At this point, she also seems to have personal problems as her unprofessionalism is consistent in the morning and evening. I have been a patient for a long time. I can't say being treated this way is ethical. I do know that my money is green. The policy changed at my last visit without written notice. I was verbally instructed by Nicole. I hope that she took the time to inform each patient. While waiting no one else was spoken to in this manner. I would hope that Dr. Shroeder is not the master mind of Nicole's customer service, but at this point. The damage is already done. I called to be courteous about appt reminder. I was unsure if the computer system made an error. Thanks Nicole for slamming the phone in my ear. I didn't Cleary hear the voicemail. I didn't have to call. I wanted to ensure that the Dr knew of my cancellation. This review was prompted her disrespectful attitude. One of many incidents. Glad I have always paid my bill. No one needs to have that type of attitude towards me.
